2007 Champ Series Registration Form

Here is the registration form for the 2007 DCSCC Champ autocross series. The form has all the instructions you'll need to fill it out and send it in. Please be aware that if you want to retain your 2006 number, you'll need to return this form to me with your payment by March 31.
